About this calculator
Choose a mild or bold, prewritten party prompt with a reproducible seed. Anyone can pass; agree on boundaries first. Prompts should not require sharing private messages, contacting others, posting online, touching someone or doing anything unsafe.
Worked example
calculated with the default values below
Choose a mode Truth · Intensity Mild · Seed 33 Your prompt What harmless habit makes you laugh at yourself? · Type Truth · Intensity mild

Mulberry32 PRNG: a₀=⌊seed⌋, a_k=(a_{k−1}+0x6D2B79F5) mod 2³², then a 32-bit mix yields u_k∈[0,1). Random mode consumes two numbers (type then prompt); fixed truth/dare consumes one. Each pool holds 5 prompts.
Frequently asked questions
What changes when I switch the intensity from mild to bold?
The generator does not invent prompts; it draws from fixed mild and bold lists and selects an entry using your seed number, so the same seed, mode and intensity always return the identical prompt. Changing the seed to any value up to 1,000,000 shifts the pick, while switching intensity from mild to bold swaps to a different, edgier set. Random mode mixes both lists, so the seed still governs which one surfaces.
