What this service is
CalcDelta provides free, browser-based calculators for general information. It is not a professional advisory service. Nothing on the site constitutes financial, investment, tax, medical, legal, engineering or construction advice, and no result should be relied on as a substitute for advice from a suitably qualified professional who knows your circumstances.
Accuracy and no warranty
We take care to implement formulas correctly and we document where each formula comes from, but the site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or freedom from error. Results are rounded for display, use conventions that vary between jurisdictions, and depend on reference values that change over time.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for the values you enter and for how you use the output. Before acting on a result, verify it against the primary source or a qualified professional. Do not use the calculators for emergency decisions, or for any purpose where an incorrect result could cause harm.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CalcDelta and its operator are not liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site or any result it produces, including indirect and consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Acceptable use
You may use the site for personal and commercial purposes. You may not attempt to disrupt it, scrape it at a volume that degrades service for others, inject malicious code, present its results as professional advice, or reproduce the site wholesale as your own.
Intellectual property
The site's text, layout, code and calculator specifications belong to their respective owner. The underlying mathematical formulas are in the public domain or are published standards, and are not claimed as proprietary. You may quote short extracts with attribution and a link back to the page.

Some pages link to external sites; we do not control them and are not responsible for their content. We may update these terms as the site changes. The date shown at the top of this page reflects the latest revision, and continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.
