About this calculator
The model uses 6, 8, 13 or 16 sq ft per guest for cocktail, theatre, seated or buffet layouts. If selected, the dance floor adds 3 sq ft for 35% of guests. The square side rounds up to the next 5 ft. This is a layout estimate; confirm circulation, exits, stage and supplier requirements.
